The Bet - GTB vs Couchon

NHL playoffs are here! GTB, big fan of the "can't win a first round series" Boston Bruins, and Couchon, fan of the "100 year celebration of the storied franchise" Montreal Canadians, have placed a not so friendly wager in the opening series where these two hockey enemies square off.
The terms: Best of 7 series. Winner of the series gets to:
The bet: Design and recustomize a character of choice using the WoW Character recustomization service from Blizzard.
Cacador a little dwarf eh? I'm thinking he'd be much happier as a she, and with that granny face option the dwarves love. I can't wait for Ms. Cacador to be reintroduced to Ascension!
Let the trash talk commence!

I cannot wait to take wee lil Isey and mold it into the true image of a Montreal "Too Many Men On The Ice My Ass" Canadiens fan.
And I'm with Pfur, B's in 5.

I think the Calgary/Chicago series will go 7 games. At this point I'd be coin flipping the winner.
I'm also looking for the Ducks to upset the Sharks.

Calgary will be lucky to make it to 6 games. The Hawks have simply owned them this year, and Khabibulin is playing out of his mind as of late. Hawks in 5.
I also would not be suprised to see the Sharks upset.

If the Habs win I'll give Couch 100 gold. I'm sorry but Price has been playing so inconsistent I don't think he can string 4 good games together.

You could be right the outcome of the series. The Flames have limped into the playoffs and "The Wall" is playing well. I just wouldn't be surprised to see the Flames really step it up for the playoffs though. As with most series, I think this one in particular will come down to special teams.
Edit: Well, it certainly was a good game 1. I hope the rest of the series is that close.

That's One.
We have you right where we want you. I was thinking of various "inspirations" for poor old Cacador with the character change. Here's a few.
Cacadora the Explorer
This works well with the whole hunter/pet aspect. You will have to get a gorilla.
Crackedadoor
Will have to do some work to get the "rectangular" feel, but those dwarven women are pretty close already.
Crackedoutho
Is there a fur coat option in the Character creator or armor sets? I'm really liking the vibe of this one.

Hehe. Which of your characters would GTB get to make over if he wins the bet, hmmm?

I'm guessing Isey, my new main (Shaman), although he may go for the emotional pick and devastate Couchon, my old raiding main. Either way, he is only dreaming of winning, I am blindly following my underdog team to the upset of the year!

Pfur, that was a great game last night. Chicago came out looking like the young inexperienced team that they are. But, they stepped it up when it counted. The only two things that I really disliked about the game last night was the late hit on Kane (how you can drive someones head into the boards after he has played the puck away from him is beyond me) and the cheapshot on Havlat. You do not "accidentally" swing the butt end of your stick into your opponent's face. I think that one will end up in a suspension, and to arguably the Flames' best player.
I was also kind of shocked that there wasn't a penalty called at the end of the second period. Burish may have flopped a bit, but that hit came well after the horn had sounded.

They need to switch to using a beachball for Price to have any hope of stopping it.

Two.
While your rudimentary math 101 skills are impressive (simple addition), perhaps we can move to math 201, which is the best of 7 series introduction - simply put, your team must win no less than 4 games to win.
Just thought I would be helpful.

I'm really beginning to hate the stations around here... since the playoffs started, the *only* game that has been on here was last nights Pens/Flyers game!!!
...and go Habs!!!!

Absolutely. Thankfully, we have just perfectly set the stage for the biggest upset in NHL history! The 8th seeded team, against the 1st seeded, with 6 of their better players out with injury (evil Bruins cheating, for sure!) coming back from a 0-3 deficit.. it will be made into a movie by next year for sure.
Don't get too comfortable there, Mr. Bag.

As a life-long Red Sox fan, I concede that such an upset is theoretically possible. However, the likelihood of such an event is so remote, they have to ship supplies to it via Cessna and dogsled.
I gotta say, though, that aside from Kovalev, the Habs are sorta phoning it in overall. I was hoping for anotehr series like last year, even though the B's came out on the losing end it was a great, hard-fought series.
